How do I get the -50% student price?
From your settings, submit a photo of your student ID card, an enrollment certificate, or an academic email (.edu, .ac.uk, .ulb.be, etc.). A human reviews the document within 24 business hours. Once validated, the -50% price is applied automatically to your subscription, with an immediate prorated credit if you were already at the full price.
Is the student price permanent?
The -50% price is locked in for 12 months after each verification. No surprise hikes during this period. At the next academic year, you send recent proof again and the price is renewed for another 12 months.
What happens when my verification expires?
You receive a reminder email 15 days before the deadline to renew. At expiration, your subscription automatically moves to the standard price (€3.99/month or €29.99/year) at the next billing date. You can renew anytime to reactivate the student price. Your projects remain accessible for life.

What is the difference between the 6-month pass and a subscription?
The 6-month pass is a one-time payment of 6.99 € that opens 6 months of unlimited access, with no auto-renewal. The monthly and annual subscriptions renew as long as you want. The pass is handy to wrap up a dissertation or an internship without having to remember to cancel.
Is my student ID card stored?
No. The document is stored encrypted only during verification, then deleted once your status is validated. We only keep the note 'verified until [date]' in your account. No third party gets access.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled in 1 click from your account. For annual, you keep access until the end of the paid period (no prorated refund). The 6-month pass being a one-time payment, there is nothing to cancel.
Does the annual subscription renew automatically?
Yes, by default, so that you are not interrupted in the middle of writing your dissertation. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your account, and you receive a reminder email 30 days before each billing date.
